Consumer Health Data Policy
Version 2026-10-06-draft-legal-review · Last updated
This is our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy under the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada law on consumer health data (SB 370), Connecticut law and similar laws. Some of what you tell Dee about your stress, mood, energy, sleep or well-being may be “consumer health data” under these laws.
Categories we collect
- What you say or write about your mental state, emotions, stress, energy, sleep and well-being.
- Signs of crisis detected in what you say or write.
- Memory notes Dee keeps about the above between conversations.
Sources
Directly from you: your voice calls on the website and your messages to Dee in Telegram.
Purposes
- To hold the conversation and continue it later.
- To detect signs of crisis and point you to human help.
- To find and fix errors, within the team access rules in section 4 of our Privacy Policy.
We do not use consumer health data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Sharing
We share consumer health data only with the service providers listed in section 5 of our Privacy Policy (in particular OpenAI, which processes the conversation, Google Cloud SQL, which stores it, Railway, which hosts the service, and Telegram, where the conversation takes place), and when the law requires it.
Consent
Where these laws require consent to collect or share consumer health data, we rely on your consent. Before a website call you give it with a separate checkbox, which is not ticked in advance; we store the version of the consent text and the time you gave it. You can withdraw it at any time by stopping the conversation and asking us to delete your data.
Your rights
- To confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and to get a copy of it.
- To get the list of third parties and affiliates we shared it with.
- To withdraw your consent.
- To have it deleted.
